Manatee Lagoon is a one of a kind flexible conference location featuring panoramic water views where event planners can find an intimate, niche meeting experience for their clients or colleagues. It’s one of the few meeting places in the world where the story of the annual migratory journey of Florida’s favorite marine mammal, the Florida manatee, plays out in full view of meeting attendees.

Onsite catering is available through two premier Palm Beach County-based catering companies.

This two-story, 16,000-sq.-ft. facility is conveniently located within minutes of Palm Beach International Airport, downtown West Palm Beach and the beaches of Singer Island.

Situated on the second floor is the large multi-purpose meeting room featuring 2,608 square feet of meeting accommodations with a full suite of audio visual and meeting equipment including free Wi-Fi, a podium/lectern, microphone, automated screens, in-floor electrical outlets, and tables and chairs. The meeting space has two rooms and is surrounded with glass double French doors leading to a wrap-around observation deck. The large room is connected to a second smaller conference room area, offering guests a private space to conduct business without impacting the larger meeting.Both rooms overlook the manatee refuge, with beautiful, panoramic waterfront views. This attractive, carpeted room can accommodate 176 attendees.

*Additional hours can be reserved for $100/hour.
*Booking deposit of 50% of the rental cost is due in order to confirm the reservation.
*Security deposit of $500 is due at booking in the event there is damage to the facility and/or its contents.
*Hours of event space rental are as outlined above unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
