MINDFUL MOMENTS ADULT YOGA

Join us for adult yoga against the calming backdrop of Lake Worth Lagoon. All classes are led by certified instructors, and are held outdoors. In the event of weather cancellations, notifications will be sent out beforehand.

Yoga Class Details

Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 – 9 a.m.

Please note, the entrance gate will open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and close 15 minutes after the class starts.

Cost: $5 per student

  • Tuesday class registration opens the Tuesday prior (one week before) at 7 p.m.
  • Thursday class registration opens the Thursday prior (one week before) at 7 p.m.
  • Saturday class registration opens the Saturday prior (one week before) at 8 a.m.

Cancellations must be made prior to one hour before the start of class to be eligible for a refund. If you do not cancel your registration within one hour of the start of your class you will not receive a refund.

Registration caps at 50 students and students must be 18 years of age or older

Please bring your own equipment.

How can I pay?

Manatee Lagoon is not able to accept cash for yoga classes. Please register and pay online in advance by clicking the large blue button on this page that says “Book Now.”

What if I show up without registering or paying?

If you have not pre-registered for a yoga class, upon your arrival you must use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code our team member will provide in order to register and pay for the class.

What if I register and don’t show up?

If someone fails to show up for yoga class, they will not be refunded unless they cancel within one hour of the start of class. You can cancel your registration by using the confirmation email you receive when you register for the class.

What if Manatee Lagoon cancels a class?

If an existing class is cancelled by Manatee Lagoon, a refund will be issued.

Can I have a receipt?

When you book online, a receipt is not automatically issued. However, you can request a digital receipt be emailed to you.

Manatee Lagoon is pleased to offer these Mindful Moments health and wellness classes to the general public, as part of its efforts to serve the local community. All classes are offered outside by the beautiful Lake Worth Lagoon along the waterfront or under the banyan tree. Yoga is outdoors only, so the classes will be cancelled due to inclement weather. Please be aware that program offerings are subject to change and availability may also vary based on factors such as staff schedules or other program bookings.
