Manatee Tales Story Time

Come see what's new at Manatee Lagoon - An FPL Eco-Discovery Center! Our enhanced center has fully reopened, and you're invited to come enjoy the new offerings every day through manatee season from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Listen as a Manatee Master storyteller reads from a selection of colorful books sharing stories about various aquatic species that live in the Lake Worth Lagoon and the waters beyond. Then, take home a marine-themed coloring sheet. Children, ages 2 and above, are welcome. All offerings will be held outdoors under the solar canopies, weather permitting, unless otherwise noted. Please keep an eye on the weather before you come to Manatee Lagoon – if it’s raining, then the session will be cancelled.

Date: Saturdays (beginning Nov. 13, 2021)
Time: 9:30 – 10 a.m.

Registration: Opens 45 days in advance of each event and is requested for planning purposes.
