Mindful Moments Adult Yoga

The public is welcome back to Manatee Lagoon's grounds as of September 1, 2021. On weekdays, you're invited to come enjoy the observation deck and outdoor amenities. Please note that the indoor facility and second-floor observation deck remain closed until further notice.

Join us for free adult yoga against the calming backdrop of Lake Worth Lagoon. All classes are led by certified instructors. 

Yoga Class Details

  • Offerings:

    • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.

  • Cost: FREE, but advance registration is required

  • Registration for Tuesday and Thursday evening classes will open at 7 p.m. on the Thursday the week prior to each class.

  • Registration caps at 25 students and students must be 18 years of age or older

  • Please bring your own equipment. Due to COVID-19, Manatee Lagoon will no longer provide shared yoga mats or yoga blocks.

Manatee Lagoon is pleased to offer these Mindful Moments health and wellness classes to the general public, as part of its efforts to serve the local community. All classes are offered outside by the beautiful Lake Worth Lagoon along the waterfront or under the banyan tree. Yoga is outdoors only, so the classes will be cancelled due to inclement weather. Please be aware that program offerings are subject to change and availability may also vary based on factors such as staff schedules or other program bookings. Manatee Lagoon is dedicated to educating the public about manatees and Lake Worth Lagoon, and inspiring communities to preserve and protect Florida’s environment and wildlife for future generations.
