Manatee Masters, our educational docents, guide visitors on walking tours of Manatee Lagoon’s exhibits, providing insight about “all things manatee” and the Lake Worth Lagoon ecosystem. Tours are open to all ages.
Public Tours
Date: Daily, excluding the second Sunday of each month, unless otherwise noted on the calendar
Time: 2 p.m.; the program typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes
Registration: Opens 45 days in advance of each event and is requested for planning purposes.
Location: The walking tour will meet at the manatee skeletons inside the building’s entrance. Limited seating is available throughout the tour.

Private Tours

Time: 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.; the program typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes.
Registration: Advance registration is required. Registration opens 3 months in advance and closes 14 days ahead of each offering.
Group Size: Minimum of 10 and maximum of 60 people
Location: The walking tour will meet at the manatee skeletons inside the building’s entrance.

Self-Guiding Group visits
If you are a large group (10 or more people) interested in visiting Manatee Lagoon to self-guide without a tour or program reservation, please contact us and provide at least two week’s advance notice of your plans, including preferred date and time, number of visitors and mode of transportation. We may ask groups to adjust their plans to help manage visitation and parking levels to provide everyone with the best visitor experience.
