Join us for this month’s Lecture at the Lagoon, where Rebecca Reid, Education Director at Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, will captivate attendees with an engaging presentation featuring Florida’s native wildlife ambassadors. The Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is a non-profit organization with over 40 years of dedication to the protection and conservation of Florida’s wildlife and natural resources. To accomplish this goal the sanctuary has a two-fold mission of wildlife rehabilitation and environmental education. Their efforts focus on rescuing and rehabilitating injured and orphaned wildlife, as well as providing educational programs that emphasize the importance of preserving natural habitats. Through their work, Busch Wildlife aims to inspire and educate the public about the critical role each species plays in maintaining ecological balance and how we can all contribute to the protection of our natural world.
